Right To Know Law Act

In Pennsylvania, on February 14, 2008, Governor Edward G.
Rendell signed the Right-To-Know Law Act. This new law
fundamentally changed the way people access public records of
their government and changed the way government processes these
requests. The new law created the Office of Open Records
to implement and monitor the law.

The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Oakmont, aka
Oakmont Water Authority, is an agency that is required to comply
under this Act.
