The Debit Account Program is a convenient method to pay your water bill through automatic deduction from your checking account. To register for this program just click owa.authoritypay.com Your bill will then be paid automatically from your bank account. Even though your financial institution takes care of your payments, you will still receive a water bill. The option to enroll in paperless billing can be selected by also going to owa.authoritypay.com and log into your account.

To pay by phone call 1-888-227-7114 or call the business office at 412-828-7220 and press option #4.
